Kate is a founding partner of Edmonds Marshall McMahon, specialising in large scale international corruption, and cross-border fraud.

She is known for her incisive analysis and strategic vision and is often instructed by Countries, Hedge Funds and International Corporations. She is described as an “outstanding prosecutor” who provides “intellectual leadership”.

Since 2018, Kate has been recognised as an international “Global Elite Thought Leader" by the “Who’s Who Legal: Asset Recovery" Guide and as a leading UK expert by the "GIR Asset Recovery Experts" for investigations. In 2017, “The Lawyer” recognised Kate as one of the “Hot 100” Lawyers in the UK.

Kate is the current Co-Chair of Fraudnet, the world’s leading asset recovery network (Band 1 Ranking). Since 2020, she has been the Chair of the IBA’s Asset Recovery Sub-Committee.

Kate regularly speaks at international conferences, is interviewed on Sky, BBC news and was interviewed on BBC2’s Victoria Derbyshire show about combating corruption. She is often quoted in the national press.
